RE: Fitness, Gym, and Keeping Healthy - Bryzooka - 08-29-2015 Here is a program that i used for 12 weeks. its a good place to start if youre a beginning/intermediate lifter. its a powerlifting program and so is focused on getting you stronger, not so much at getting you "bigger". all you need to do is put in your max at the top and the sheet should adjust itself. if you have not entered your MAX correctly week one is impossible so be realistic with your values RE: Fitness, Gym, and Keeping Healthy - Antk1337 - 08-29-2015 There you go buddy, The workout programme in there is a really old one after my knee operation in Dec, trying to recover and recoup. You can see no max reps recorded in the top left. Still on the road to recovery but doing better. Nutrition plan and body stats in there anyway, though; Link: Ant - Gym - Plan/Nutrition/Stats Agree with above though, sound advice to be given here. Any questions on anything though I'll always do my best to help, been through a major amount of training under world champion / deca iron-man finisher, so any questions I can't answer I'll just ask them Ant |
