I was thinking along these lines. I think having some weaker yet active players will be beneficial. If we are all high level we are going to get matched with some monster clans. Having some lower league skin in the game will keep us in a competitive range. But the catch is they have to be active.

From what I understand matis is right. Balance is important. Too top heavy and we might get whupped. Course we could be the ones handing the whuppin.
